Biological agricultural products (production, standardization, processing and promotion)
A welcome ceremony - was attended at the 3° Geniko Lykeio of Katerini.During this ceremony the Headmaster of the school, George Perdikis, introduced the partners of the Erasmus + Project "Bridges" in his school.
Besides, a welcome ceremony was attended by the Authorities at the T.E.I. of Central Macedonia, Department of Logistic and Supply Chain Management. Katerini.
The Busines Game
The students have been grouped in three international teams. They worked together (by internet) and after two months they are meeting each other in Katerini to display to all teachers the Business Plan of their companies.
The "C" group presents a business that cultivates aromatic herbs and plants on the mount area of Olympus with exclusively local genetic material (seeds) e.g. Olympus tea, thyme, rosemary, wild mint, oreganon, lavender etc, processes the crops and produces drugs, essences and several secondary products.

The English language Greek teachers hold some greek language lessons inside the school and a final lesson at the Ktima Bellou agrotouristic farm.

The "A" group presents an agrotourism business:
A guesthouse plus an organic farm with vegetables garden and fruit trees in which the guests / clients can learn in practice how to cultivate using eco-friendly techniques and the produced fruits or vegetables are consumed at the host’s table.
The "B" group presents a vertical business of organic olives and olive oil.
The business comprises from an organic olive grove, an oil mill, a packaging sector and a marketing and promoting sector.
The business might also produce table olives and oil enriched with herbs and flavors, organic soaps and pharmaceutical/cosmetic products.
